Common Topics

  • Widget not updatingOpen Piko once to refresh your daily token and learning status. If it still looks stale, check that widgets and background refresh are allowed in your device settings.
  • Restoring purchasesUse the restore purchase option in the app, and make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
  • Daily tokens and progressIf your token, streak, or learning status looks wrong, include your device model, iOS version, and what you expected to see when you contact support.
  • Deleting local app dataPiko is local-first and does not require an account. Deleting the app removes local app data from your device unless Apple device backup restores it later.
  • Feature requests and suggestionsTell us what would make Piko more useful for your language routine, widgets, reminders, or review flow.
